Internships – Digital Banking
Branches : Negombo | Ja – Ela | Panadura | Millennium | Homagama | Maharagama| Moratuwa | Horana | Thalawathugoda | Rajagiriya
Key Responsibilities
- Support branch operations in Digital Banking services and customer onboarding.
- Assist customers with mobile/internet banking, ATM/CRM/CDK usage.
- Promote and activate digital services such as SMS alerts and e-statements.
- Guide customers on digital transactions including fund transfers and bill payments.
- Provide customer support and resolve basic digital banking inquiries.
- Collaborate with branch staff to achieve digital banking targets and improve service adoption.
The Person
- Smart, intelligent and pleasing personality below 23 years of age.
- Minimum of 05 credit passes at G.C.E O/L, Edexcel or Cambridge O/L, including English and Mathematics, and
- 03 passes at G.C.E. A/L, Edexcel or Cambridge A/L, excluding General English.
- Candidates with pending A/L results (Local, Edexcel and Cambridge) are also encourage to apply.
- Candidates with part qualifications in degrees/ professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Team players with excellent interpersonal skills coupled with both written and oral communication skills.
