EXECUTIVE OFFICER – DIGITAL BANKING
The Job
- Lead and support digital initiatives to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on UATs and feature roll-outs.
- Manage all digital banking operations and ensure smooth execution.
- Provide MIS reports and dashboards to management and branches to monitor performance.
- Handle customer queries and ensure regulatory compliance.
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Digital Banking, Project Management, Business Analysis, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital banking operations, fintech solutions, or digital product management.
- Hands-on experience in coordinating UATs, system enhancements, or digital platform rollouts.
- Exposure to MIS reporting, dashboards, or data analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, mobile/online banking processes, and emerging digital trends.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to digital banking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle and resolve digital-related queries efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
