Applications are invited for the following job vacancies at the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka.

Driver – Number of Posts – 01
Salary
- Basic Salary – Rs. 40,834/- will be paid initially on recruitment. (Salary Scale – Rs. 43,280- 10×490-10×540- 10×590-12×630-67,040 – 01/2025 effective from 2027.01.01.).
- A gross monthly salary of Rs. 119,666/- will be available.
- Other Benefits – Health Insurance Scheme, Accident Insurance Scheme, Death Provident Scheme, Bonus
Qualifications and Experience
- A pass in six (06) subjects of the G.C.E. (O.L.) Examination in a maximum of two sittings with two credit passes.
and - Having a driving license issued by the Commissioner General of the Department of Motor Vehicles under the new category of vehicles A1, A, B1, B, C1, C, D and D or under the old category A, A1, B, B1, C, C1, D, E, F and having at least three (03) years of driving experience after obtaining the driving license without any record of any accident or penalty; And
- Having at least five (05) years of experience after obtaining the driving license as a driver in a government institution or a recognized private institution; and
- A medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner within thirty (30) days from the date of application certifying physical fitness (including vision 6/6 in both eyes without selective blindness)
Age Limit
Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 45 years.
