Graduate Trainee – Group Risk & Control

Graduate Trainee – Group Risk & Control supports the function’s digital audit strategy by assisting in risk-based internal audits-spanning integrated process, financial, and operational areas-while contributing to data-driven continuous monitoring and control strengthening under close supervision. The role collaborates with data analysts and business units to perform end-to-end risk assessments, prepare working papers and draft observations, and help embed self-governance practices, building capability in audit automation, analytics, and Al tools along the way.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating patterns and grading based on customer specifications and grading rules
Support the pattern-making process from development to bulk approval and assist in handing over final patterns to the production plant
Collaborate with the Development team to ensure styles are developed using feasible production methods
Work alongside Technicians, Garment Technologists and Industrial Engineers to maintain quality and technical standards for new styles within the manufacturing process

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering or any other relevant stream
Possess good knowledge of fabrics and the Textile network in the industry
Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a positive and problem-solving attitude
