Prepare, maintain, and manage treaty statistical data accurately and on a timely basis.
Produce and submit monthly reinsurance premium and claims reports to the Finance Department.
Prepare, maintain, and manage all treaty-related documentation and submissions to IRCSL.
Manage the notification, follow-up, and recovery process for all large losses in accordance with treaty requirements.
Actively participate in securing facultative reinsurance support, including data preparation and coordination with brokers/reinsurers.
Liaise closely with the Finance Department to streamline reinsurance-related processes and ensure accurate
reconciliation.
Manage and strengthen relationships with international and regional reinsurers, brokers.
Monitor portfolio performance, loss trends, and exposure accumulations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal governance standards, and best market practices.
Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management.
Stay informed on market developments, emerging risks, and industry trends to support innovation and
competitiveness.

Successfully completed G C E Advance Level.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in reinsurance, with a background in underwriting and/or claims.
Insurance-related professional qualifications (ACII, Dip CII, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and should be a team player.
