The Profile
- Welcome visitors/customers and direct them appropriately.
- Handle incoming calls in Tamil & English
- A positive and engaging personality to build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Educating customers on product details while identifying and developing potential leads
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high customer service standards and achieve company goals.
- Managing customer accounts by updating information, tracking status, and addressing inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications and Personal Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in tele-sales is preferred.
- Fluency in Tamil & English (spoken).
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Basic IT skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis.
