HR EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish and assist in end to end recruitment process in Tamil
- Assist in all documentation process in Tamil when required
- Translating and demonstrating all trainings in Tamil
- Maintain a strong employer brand & positive candidate experience
- Conduct preliminary investigations, follow up & documentation in Tamil
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role for 3 years
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills
- Excellent communication in Tamil & Sinhala
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Age below 30 years
