Lanka Electricity Company (Private) Limited, a distribution utility in Sri Lanka which has seven Branches covering operational areas of the coastal belt of the island from Negombo to Galle serving over 650,000 consumers and has a workforce of 1500 employees are seeking qualified personnel for the following post.
ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE (HR Class III Grade I)
Educational, Professional Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/ Law/ Business studies /Public Administration approved by UGC.
AND
Five (05) years post qualifying experience in Human Resources Management field at executive level in an organization with more than 100 employees.
OR - Bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognized university/ Professional Qualification in HRM from a recognized professional institute.
AND
MBA Degree from a UGC recognized university.
AND
Three (03) years’ post qualifying experience in HR Management field at executive level in an organization with more than 100 employees.
Age
Preferably below 45 years as at 27th October 2025
