Nurse In-Charge – Medical and Surgical Ward | Wattala

JOB PROFILE

Responsible for the overall performance of the unit
Train and supervise the nursing staff with required clinical skills
Coordinate and communicate with consultants and paramedical staff
Responsible for inventory management and clinical performance in order to meet hospital standards

CANDIDATE PROFILE

An experienced nurse, with a 3 years Diploma or BSc degree in Nursing
Over 08 years experience in a Medical and surgical ward with a minimum of 3 years at a supervisory level
IT literacy and good communication skills
