• Maintain high standard of service at all counters, Restaurants and Lounges of the Airport Restaurant according to SOPs and Company Manual.
• Control cost & wastages of the lounges and the Restaurants.
• Ensure that cleanliness of the work area is maintained at the highest standard.
• Make sure to provide service to the correct table in a correct manner and ensure customer requests are handled in a polite and efficient manner.
• Clear all tables once guest leaves the premises.
• Ensure that all equipment and machinery are washed and stored in a correct manner.
• Follow up the guest’s requirement without any delay and fulfill their needs efficiently.
• Perform cashiering duties as and when required and be responsible for cash excesses/shortages. All cashiering tasks to be carried out according to the Company Financial Manual and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Raise Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) for collection of food items from the kitchen.
• Any malfunctioning of ware washing equipment and other Machineries to be observed and reported to the service supervisor.
• Maintain hygiene and ISO standards.
• Ensure that all information such as passenger load and revenue is passed to the relevant parties.

Requirements

• 06 passes including English and Mathematics for G. C. E. (O/L) with 2 years or more experience in Food & Beverage Industry.
  OR
• Passed G. C. E. (A/L) with full or part professional qualification in the relevant field with 2 years or more experience in Food & Beverage Industry.
• High Level of IT literacy including sound knowledge in MS Excel.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills, negotiation/problem solving skills.
• Sound planning and organizing skills coupled with a methodical approach to work.
