This is how charge vehicle imports luxury tax from today
Government Gazette Notification No. 2421/41 has been published under the signature of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake as the Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development.
Accordingly, the luxury tax rates applicable to private motor vehicles imported into Sri Lanka from today (February 01) have been specified.
