GCE AL Results Release Date 2024 (2025)
The results of the GCE Advanced Level examination are expected to be released after the New Year period, Commissioner General of Examinations Amit Jayasundara said on April 07 when contacted by “Dinamina”.
The examination was held at 2312 centres across the country. A total of 333,183 candidates appeared for the examination, of which 253,390 were school candidates and 79,793 were private candidates.
The Advanced Level examination was held from November 25 to December 31, 2024.
The practical tests related to the Biosystems Technology (66) subject of the GCE Advanced Level examination were also held from February 08 to 10.
The evaluation of the answer sheets of the GCE Ordinary Level examination commenced from March 01.
The evaluation of answer sheets will be carried out at 1066 evaluation centers and over 15,000 teachers will participate in it.
The evaluation of the first phase of the Ordinary Level examination was concluded on April 10.
