We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented candidate to join our team.
TEACHING ASSISTANT – JUNIOR SCHOOL (Year 1 to Year 6)
One (1) immediate vacancy exist for the post of Teaching Assistant in our Junior School. This position will be effective from April 2025, with the start of our 3rd term.
Duties
- Helping the class teacher with lessons – preparation and delivery.
- Supervising students during lessons, between classes, recreational activities and field trips.
- Providing extra support for students who need it.
- Having the ability to teach children a subject would be beneficial.
- Collaborating with the class teacher in planning and organizing activities for the class.
- Attending all school functions, meetings and parent conferences.
APPLICANTS SHOULD:
- Diploma in Primary/ Sub Primary from a recognized Institute
- Excellent interpersonal, as well as English written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess a friendly, creative & flexible personality, ability to manage children in a classroom
- Candidates are expected to have good computer literacy
- Be a team player who is willing to participate in all school events and work as a passionate and committed member of the team
