Supervisor – Royal Hospital Laboratory

We are seeking a supervisor for our esteemed laboratory operations. This pivotal role demands meticulous supervision guarantee seamless functioning and the delivery of accurate laboratory reports.

Ideal Candidate Should have the following:

Possess a Diploma in Laboratory Technology (DLT) or B.Sc. with SLMC registration.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector.
Be computer literate (MS Office package)
Have strong communication and presentation skills (Medical detailing).
Leadership capabilities with a drive to mentor cross functional team members
