Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Kayaam House.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of our guest facing ambassadors.
- Utilise innovative teaching methods and material to enhance learning outcomes.
- Ensuring that ambassadors are actively engaged and familiarised with different accents.
Requirements:
- Should be an expert in the English language with a recognized teaching qualifications.
- Strong personality that has the ability to train staff to understand the nuances of the language in multiple settings and scenarios.
- Previous experience in teaching to adults, preferably in hospitality or a multicultural settings would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to resorts.
- Flexibility in working hours can be accommodated.
