Audit & Compliance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Develop audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas of improvement.
Conduct comprehensive audits of all companies of the Group, it’s processes, and operations. Develop standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all sectors of the group to ensure effectiveness and efficiency on the existing business procession.
Preparation of detailed audit reports.
Collaborate with each department of the company to implement audit recommendations for smooth operation.

Requirement & Skill:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, CA or equivalent.
Sound knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices.
Male, age below 45 years.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Applicants from in and around Kandy district are preferred.

Experience:

10 years’ managerial experience in internal audit, risk management and compliance.
