Assistant Manager – SAP Business Analyst

Position Summary:
Responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, link between end user and offshore support teams, delivering value through integrated solutions, managing risks and governance, supporting SAP business operations, ensuring security and compliance, and providing leadership to drive performance and innovation within the organization.
A day in the life of the role:
- Monitor incident tickets and query where action is pending from offshore teams, escalate via SAR Functional Relationship Manager (FRM).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business, understanding their objectives, processes, and challenges.
- Collaborate with above market services to streamline and automate business processes in the SAP modules of Technical and Production, Demand and Supply Planning, and Physical Logistics.
- Identify opportunities for process simplifications and improvements within these SAP modules.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems at a transactional level in Technical and Production, Demand and Supply Planning, and Physical Logistics.
- Provide end user SAP support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage projects related to business applications within these SAP modules, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Prioritize and escalate issues on behalf of receivers, provide insights into business disruptions, and coordinate crisis management during critical situations.
- Participate in Global functional support evaluation calls & updates with SAR FRM.
What will make you successful?
- Education: A degree in IT, Business Management or equivalent
- Expected experience: 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. Prior experience working in a SAP manufacturing environment or SAP consulting environment would be an advantage.
- Language skills: Fluency in English
- Other skills: Expertise in Power Apps, Office 365 tools, Knowledge on ISO 27001 and Project Management.
