Security Manager – Cinnamon Wild Yala

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Security Manager to join Cinnamon Wild Yala. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, the largest listed conglomerate in Sri Lanka.

The Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures to create and maintain an environment where our employees, guests and property are safe and well-protected.

You will Plan and implement comprehensive security strategies to ensure compliance with company policies and security industry regulations. This role will supervise the Security Officer’s work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor the performance of the team.

Furthermore, you will be investigating and resolving issues, compiling incident reports, and creating reports for the management on security status. Also, you will be keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements related to security services.

Do you possess excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Do you have strong Experience in reporting and emergency response planning?
