Bungalow Assistant (All-Rounder) – Ceylon Tea Trails

Showcasing the best of Sri Lanka, Resplendent Ceylon offers a complete ‘tea, sea and safari’ experience across its trio of Relais & Chateaux properties: Ceylon Tea Trails, Wild Coast Tented Lodge and Cape Weligama. Reverie is our new collection of small, laidback properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and wellness focused Kayaam House.

The Role

• We are seeking an attentive and service-driven Waiter to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
• In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen and service teams. Your warm and professional approach will enhance our guests’ culinary journey.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• A passion for mindful, sustainable and wellness-driven dining concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a guest-focused mindset.
