Queen’s Hotel, Kandy
Executive Housekeeper:
- To lead a dedicated team, uphold impeccable cleanliness standards, and ensure a seamless guest experience. You will be responsible for coordinating housekeeping operations and maintaining high service quality throughout the property.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and budgeting.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Assistant Housekeeper:
- To assist in leading a dedicated team, maintain impeccable cleanliness, and contribute to a seamless guest experience. You will support the Housekeeping Supervisor in daily operations and ensure attention to detail in all housekeeping tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
