The Araliya Red is a lean Luxury Hotel located in the Hill country, Nuwara Eliya is a member of the Araliya Group of companies comprised with 200 rooms including 02 Apartment suites, Modern banquet halls, Dining facilities with a scrumptious variety of cuisines, recreation and Wellness spa experience.

F&B DEPARTMENT
F&B MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all Food & Beverage operations
- Ensure high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
- Control food & beverage costs, budgets, and inventories
- Plan menus and coordinate with the Executive Chef
- Train, supervise, and motivate the F&B team
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
- Handle guest feedback and implement service improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and service standards
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
- Proficiency in English (additional languages will be an advantage)
