Vacancies (Contractual basis)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following posts at the Human Resources Development Institute.

Work Assistant (Contractual basis)

1. Must have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination with two distinctions in six subjects.
2. Age: Not less than 18 years and not more than 35 years.

Monthly allowance: (Basic salary – 42,775/- + Cost of Living Allowance and (EPF) 12% (Employee) + Employees’ Trust Fund (ETF) 3% (Employee) benefits)

Method of Recruitment – Through Interview.

Conditions :-

This appointment is on a contractual basis for an initial period of 06 months. The Human Resources Development Institute may consider extending the contract period of the selected candidate if the performance is satisfactory. Only candidates who are listed in order of preference based on educational qualifications and work experience will be called for interview.
