The Department of Biotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, invites applications from qualified candidates for the post of Temporary Assistant Lecturer (Contract Basis) initially for six months.
Required Qualifications:
Those with a first degree in B.Sc. (Agriculture) or BSc. (Hons.) specialized in Biotechnology can apply to this post. Preference will be given to candidates with proven teaching experience/ skills in Chemistry, Molecular Biology, and Plant Tissue Culture.
Completed Curriculum Vitae with copies of your birth certificate, ID, all relevant educational, professional, and service certificates, contact details, and names of two non-related referees should be emailed to the Department of Biotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation Management (dept.biotec@wyb.ac.lk) on or before the 22nd of September 2025.
