Temporary Assistant Lecturers – Faculty of Management and Finance

Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the following posts in the Faculty of Management and Finance of the University of Ruhuna.

1. Temporary Assistant Lecturer in Accounting (Department of Accountancy)

• Bachelor’s degree (SLQF 6) with a First Class or Second-Class Upper Division Honors in Accountancy or Finance

2. Temporary Assistant Lecturer in Finance (Department of Finance)

• Bachelor’s degree (SLQF 6) with a First Class or Second-Class Upper Division Honors in Finance

3. Temporary Assistant Lecturer in English Language (Dean’s Office)

• Bachelor’s degree (SLQF 6) with a First Class or Second-Class Upper Division in English or English Language Teaching

4. Temporary Assistant Lecturer in Information and Communications Technology (Dean’s Office)

• Bachelor’s degree (SLQF 6) with a First Class or Second-Class Upper Division in Information and Communications Technology (Candidates with sufficient exposure to management Course units shall be given preference)

Period of the Assignment:

The position is initially for one year period and can be extended a maximum of one year further upon satisfactory performance.

Salary:

All inclusive monthly salary of Rs. 49,860.00 p.m. and other allowances approved by the University Grants Commission.
