Who We’re Looking For
Candidates who have completed their Bachelors or Master’s degree (preferably with a class) in Engineering from a recognized university (UGC approved) or equivalent recognized professional qualification (IESL or EC (UK) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Aeronautical, Aerospace Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance.

The programme will provide hands-on exposure to the driven, ambitious, and determined individual/trainee with maximum wholesome technical and airline management skills, at floor and corporate level, which will enable all our trained personnel with the fullest capabilities of being an efficient and productive part of the SriLankan family.
You will undergo a training programme which will span over two-year period. The training programme will develop and prepare you for the career as an Aircraft Engineer.
- Candidates should be aged between 21 to 28 years as at 13th February 2026.
- Candidates who excel in the selection process will be offered a training contract, subject to a service bond as per company policy.
- At the end of two years, upon successful completion of the training contract, candidates will be offered employment as Engineering Executives.
- At the end of the third year, after fulfilling the required eligibility criteria accepted by the organization, you will progress to Aircraft Engineer grade.
