Post of Chief Engineer (Civil), Engineer (Civil), Engineer (Mechanical), Quantity Surveyor, Project Secretary, Engineering Assistant (Civil), Engineering Assistant (Mechanical), Engineering Assistant (Electrical), Accounts Clerk

Applications are hereby invited from citizens of Sri Lanka for vacancies in the Anuradhapura North Water Supply
Project – Phase II. The applicants should possess the following qualifications .

POST OF Chief Engineer – Civil (01 Post) Salary Code : PS 3 in 01/2019 MSD Circular Rs.160,000/= + COL

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1.) A Successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field, which is recognized by the University Grants Commission.
Or

A qualification recognized by the University Grants Commission as an equivalent qualification to the degree in the relevant field (Civil)

Or

An Associate Membership/A similar Professional Qualification obtained from a recognized professional institution in the relevant field

with

At least twelve (12) years post qualifying experience at Managerial Level

2.) A Successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field (Civil) which is recognized by the University Grants Commission.
Or

A qualification recognized by the University Grants Commission as an equivalent qualification to the degree in the relevant field (Civil)
Or

An Associate membership / A similar professional qualification obtained from a recognized professional institution in the relevant field
&

A Postgraduate Degree in the relevant field or Corporate/Chartered membership or a similar professional qualification obtained from a recognized professional institution in the relevant field
With

At least 09 years post qualifying experience in Managerial Level.

3.) Class I officer of a Government All Island Services or a similar status in the relevant field

With

At least 04 years experience in the Class I post.

POST OF Engineer – Civil (02 Posts) Salary Code : PS 4 – Category C in 01/2019 MSD Circular Rs.75,000/= + COL

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1.) A Successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field, which is recognized by the University Grants Commission.

Or

A qualification recognized by the University Grants Commission as an equivalent qualification to the degree in the relevant field (Civil)

Or

An Associate Membership/A similar Professional Qualification obtained from a recognized professional institution in the relevant field

with

At least three (03) years post qualifying experience in the relevant field

METHODS OF SELECTION:

Short listed applicants based on the highest qualifications and experience, will be called for an interview and selection will be based on the performance at the interview.
