General:
Every applicant;
- Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Should have a good physical and mental health to discharge duties of the post.
- Should be of a good moral character
- Employee should contribute 10% of monthly salary towards Employees Provident Fund and will contribute 15% to that. Sri Lanka Thriposha Limited will contribute 3% towards the Employees Trust Fund.
- Should be individuals not below 18 years and not more than 45 years of age.
- Night Shifts will be effective.
