Vacancies exist in Women’s Cricket for highly skilled Individuals in the following categories:
- Women’s U19 – Head Coach
- Women’s U19 – Batting Coach
- Women’s U19 – Bowling Coach
- Women’s U19 – Fielding Coach
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Hold a Level 2 or higher Coaching Qualification
- Age 50 years or below
- Experience working with U19 Women’s teams and below (both local and international)
- Having played International or First-Class Cricket is an added advantage
- Willingness to spend time coaching at all levels of the Sri Lanka Cricket Player Pathway
- Exceptional planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High-level interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and influencing skills
- Compulsory knowledge and expertise in technology in the modern game .
- Strong work ethic is essential
Knowledge & Experience
- Proven Coaching Track Record
- Demonstrable experience with skill analysis and implementing skill development strategies
- Experience in athlete talent identification and development processes
- 1st Class Cricket Playing Experience
- Representing National Teams at different levels would be an added advantage
General Information:
In addition to working within a team environment, the U19 Women’s Team Coaches should be prepared to work independently and during irregular hours. If you are a team player with the drive and initiative to perform with minimal supervision and are willing to work in a team-oriented environment, you could be the person we are looking for.
