- Management Assistant
Organization: Sri Lanka Medical Council
Management Assistant (Grade III)
Applications are invited for the above vacancy from Sri Lankan citizens who are not less than 18 years of age and not more than 30 years of age as on 01st July 2025.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- G.C.E. (O/L) Examination (Should have passed all subjects at one sitting with credit passes in Sinhala/Tamil Language, English Language and Mathematics.)
- G.C.E. (A/L) Examination (Should have passed all subjects at one sitting.)
- 02 years of work experience in a similar organization and position
- An acceptable certificate of computer training not exceeding six months conducted by a recognized institution and knowledge of “Quick Book” computer software will be considered as an additional qualification.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala and Tamil
Special Note: A degree in a relevant field of study will be considered an additional qualification. (Accounting, Finance, Business Management, B.Com)
Job Description:
Responsible for providing support to the Heads of Units and coordinating all activities related to the Unit. The scope of this position should be to carry out and manage the day-to-day duties and activities assigned by the Secretary or Head of Unit.
Salary Scale:
The selected candidates will be placed in the following salary scale.
MA 1-1-2025 Rs. 46,220-10X540-7X630-4X890-20X1,190=83,390
