The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (ANCL), widely known as Lake House, is the home and heart of the print media in Sri Lanka.
Lake House is looking for a talented and dynamic individuals who possess the following qualifications and requirements to fill the above vacancy

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Defense and Security obtained from the Kotelawala Defense University or a foreign university recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka, along with over three years of service in the Armed Forces at the rank of Captain or its equivalent, or as a Chief Inspector in the Department of Police
• Experience in conducting disciplinary investigations will be considered an advantage
• Experience in fire protection will also be considered an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess and enhance both internal and external security arrangements of the company
• Ensure the safety and security of company premises while safeguarding assets and human resources.
• Uphold the company’s disciplinary code in accordance with management guidelines
• Conduct investigations into disciplinary matters and provide comprehensive, accurate reports to the management
• Evaluate fire prevention needs and develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive fire protection plan
