Job Description :

Sri Lankan Airlines Ltd, the national carrier of Sri Lanka operates with a network of destinations throughout Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Australia. The airlines has a strong presence in Maldives and Southern India. Sri Lankan is a member of the ‘oneworld’ alliance.

The Sri Lankan team is seeking dynamic individuals to join us as Security Assistants.

The incumbent is responsible for the Airline’s aviation security program during his/her duty shift and assist the Security Officers and Senior Security Assistants in aviation security operations and administrative duties for day-to-day smooth operations.

Requirements

• 6 passes at GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) with 4 Credits in one sitting including a credit for English. Age between 18 to 25 years as of 29th July 2024.

 OR

• 6 passes at GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) with a pass for English and 5 years Service in the Armed Forces or Police. Age below 35 years as of 29th July 2024.

    OR

• 6 passes at GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) including a Pass for English and 12 years service in the Armed Forces or Police in a rank of Sergeant or equivalent. Age below 45 years as of 29th July 2024

    AND

• • Minimum Height/Chest requirement for Male candidates: 5’5” (165cm) / 81.3cm.
  • Minimum Height requirement for Female candidates: 5’2” (157.5cm).

• Be a Sri Lankan citizen.
