- Should be physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties of the post well and to serve in any part of the Western Province.
- Should be of excellent moral character.
Monthly Contract Allowance: Will be decided based on the related qualifications and experience
Terms of Employment: Appointments will be on maximum one year Contract Basis. The officers to be selected to serve on contract basis are not eligible to claim any permanent appointment in the Provincial Road Development Authority (Western Province)
Other Benefits : Employees Provident Fund contribution by the Authority is 12% and employee is 8%.
The Authority contribution of 3% towards Employees Trust Fund and other government approved allowances.
