- Senior Technician
Organization: Property Development PLC
Our company, a subsidiary of a leading state-owned bank in the country, is the owner of a pioneering multi-storey building in Colombo. The core business of the company is to maintain the building at a high standard and to that end, to maintain the relevant architectural, electrical, plumbing and other services for the 600,000 sq ft building. Accordingly, the company is looking to recruit highly qualified candidates for the following vacancies.
Senior Technician Positions – Electrical
- G.C.E. O/L with passes in six subjects.
- At least one year full-time Certificate/Diploma (NVQ Level 4) in Electrical from a recognized technical institution. This qualification will be relaxed depending on experience.
- At least 08 years of experience in the field from recognized institutions.
- Must be less than 50 years of age as on the date of application.
