The Colombo Plan for Cooperative Economic and Social Development in Asia and the Pacific is an intergovernmental organisation headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka. With a membership of 28 countries spanning the Asia-Pacific region and the Americas, The Colombo Plan is dedicated to fostering economic and social development through cooperative partnerships among its member countries.

Position Summary: The Programme Manager will oversee the strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of The Colombo Plan Maritime Advisory Programme.

This role involves working in close coordination with key stakeholders, including The Colombo Plan Management, the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA) of the US Department of State, Sri Lanka government agencies and other partner nations, international organizations, private sector entities, and consultants to ensure project objectives are achieved effectively.
