Recruitment of Project Staff

Primary Healthcare System Enhancing Project (PHSEP) is a project to be implemented under the Ministry of Health and Mass Media, funded by the World Bank (WB). The total project cost is US$150 Million and it is designed to improve access and quality of Primary Healthcare Services across all districts in Sri Lanka for the period of 2024-2028.

Applications are called from the citizens of Sri Lanka to fill the following positions (01 & 02) of the Project Management Unit (PMU). Remuneration for each position will be based on the Department of Management Services Circular No. 01/2019 dated 05th March 2019.

01. Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist – 01
02. Senior Environment and Social Safeguards Officer – 01

Qualification

• Qualifications are according to the Management Circular No.01/2019 & refer annex 1 (page 1-26) the column under the US$ 100 million or its equivalent and less than US$ 250 million
