VACANCIES

Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau, a premier engineering consultancy organization at the forefront of infrastructure development in the country with wide range of expertise in different disciplines, invite applications from citizens of Sri Lanka for the below mentioned posts on Contract Basis.

1. Engineer (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)

Any one of the following from A or B.

A.  A Four year Degree in Engineering in the relevant field (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Sri Lanka and recognized by the Institution of Engineers – Sri Lanka (IESL) and the Engineering Council of Sri Lanka (ECSL) for admission to the Class of Associate Member of IESL.

B.   Any other Degree / qualification in the relevant field recognized by the Institution of Engineers – Sri Lanka (IESL) recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Sri Lanka as equivalent to a four year B.Sc Degree in Engineering and the Engineering Council of Sri Lanka (ECSL)  for admission to the Class of Associate Member of IESL.

2. Surveyor

Any one of the following from A to C.

A.   Four year Degree in Survey from the University of Sabaragamuwa.
With
A minimum of one (01) year post qualifying relevant experience in Public Service / Corporation / Statutory Board / Institution or recognized Non-state Institution.

B.  Any other Degree / qualification in the relevant field recognized as an equivalent to four years degree in Survey from the University of Sabaragamuwa and recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Sri Lanka and recognized by the Institute of Surveyors’, Sri Lanka for admission to the Class of Graduate Membership / Higher Level of Membership of Institute of Surveyors’, Sri Lanka.
With
A minimum of one (01) year post qualifying relevant experience in Public Service / Corporation / Statutory Board / Institution or recognized Non-state Institution.

C. Any other Degree / qualification recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Sri Lanka and recognized by the Institute of Surveyors’, Sri Lanka for admission to the Class of Graduate Membership / Higher Level of Membership of Institute of Surveyors’, Sri Lanka. And Post-graduate Diploma / Masters Degree in the relevant field.
With
A minimum of one (01) year post qualifying relevant experience in Public Service / Corporation / Statutory Board / Institution or recognized Non-state Institution.

3. Quantity Surveyor

Any one of the following from A to C.

A. Four year Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Moratuwa.

B. Any other Degree / qualification in the relevant field recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Sri Lanka and recognized by the Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (IQSSL) for admission to the Class of Graduate Membership / Higher Level of Membership of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (IQSSL).

C. Associate membership of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (IQSSL) obtained through the Technical Membership path.
