Organization: Ministry of Urban Development
The Government of People’s Republic of China provided grant for the implementation of the subsidized housing project for low- income families by accepting the request of the Government of Sri Lanka. The scope of the project is construction of 1996 housing units at five different locations. It is being executed by the Ministry of Urban Development, Construction and Housing (MOUD&H) and implemented by the Urban Development Authority (UDA).
Applications are invited from the suitable qualified officers those who are possessing the following qualifications to be considered for the following vacancies in “China Aid Subsidized Housing Project”.
01. Management Assistant
Qualifications and Experience
- Having passed the G.C.E.(O/L) examination in six subjects in one sitting with credit passes for four subjects including
- Sinhala / Tamil
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Having passed three subjects (other than the General Paper) at the G.C.E. (A/L) examination.
- Computer Literacy in MS Word/Excel/Power Point and English & Sinhala Typing.
Special Note:
- Experience in projects will be added advantage.
- Computer Literacy in MS Word/Excel/Power Point and English & Sinhala Typing.
02. Office Aid – KKS
- Persons who have sat for the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination.
Terms and Conditions
Remunerations, Terms and Conditions will be in Management Services Circular No. 01/2019 dated 05.03.2019. Working Station will be in Colombo.
