VACANCIES

Applications are invited from citizens of Sri Lanka who fulfill the appropriate qualifications for the following post that exists in Lalith Athulathmudali Mahapola Higher Education Scholarship Trust Fund.

Management Assistant (Non Technical) III (03 Posts)

1. Should have passed in six (06) subjects with four credit passes including Sinhala/Tamil, Mathematics and English Language at the General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) Examination
2. Should have passed in at least three (03) subjects except in General Common Test at the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) Examination
3. Should have followed a 06 months course in Computer Literacy Salary Scale: MA 1-2: Rs. (46,220 – 10 x 540 – 7 x 630 – 12 x 1,080-12 x 1,280 – 84,350/-) Salary paid as at 01.01.2025 – Rs. 40,403/-, Salary paid as at 01.01.2026- Rs. 43,312/-, Salary paid as at 01.01.2027 – Rs. 46,220/- (As per Management Services Circular No. 01/2025) – EPF- 15%, ETF-3%, Cost of Living Allowance.

Others

(Every applicant)

• Should be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years
• Should be physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties entrusted to the post and it is not possible to get transfers to any other place in the island and should be able to serve in the place where the Lalith Athulathmudali Mahapola Higher Education Scholarship Trust Fund was established. Should bear an excellent moral character. Knowledge in English, Sinhala and Tamil Languages and ability to converse in English and Tamil languages will be considered as an additional qualification.
• Will be selected through a written examination and a structured interview.
