The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (ANCL), widely known as the Lake House, is the home and heart of print media in Sri Lanka. The Lake House is looking for a talented and dynamic individuals who possess the following qualifications and requirements to fill the above vacancy.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Passed GCE (A/L) Examination in any stream
- 1 year experience as a Video Editor, Video Specialist plus Graphic Designer or similar role in media industry
- Diploma in Filmmaking, Cinematography or related field from a recognized institute will be an added advantage
- Outstanding experience with special effects 3D, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Knowledge of animations will be an added advantage
- Creative thinker and excellent time management skills
- Willingness and flexibility to work on a shift basis
Job Profile:
- Produce videos from raw footages for external and internal purposes.
- Assemble and edit recorded footage and convert them into finished products.
- Broadcast final products in terms of audio and visual elements.
- Play an important role in the Company’s success as videos are the best way of communicating the company’s message on online platforms.
- Insert music and necessary sound effects to the video clips.
