Vacancies

Applications are invited from permanent residents of the Central Province who have fulfilled the qualifications as per the Central Provincial Cooperative Employees Commission Circular 6/2022 for the following posts in the C/S Ganga Ihala Korale Various Services Cooperative Society. All applications should be sent by registered post to the Hon. Chairman, C/S Ganga Ihala Korale Various Services Cooperative Society, Kurunduwanna Kadaviediya on or before 12.00 a.m. on 20/06/2025.

When sending applications, the post name should be mentioned on the top left corner of the envelope. Certified photocopies of the relevant certificates should be sent along with the application form to prove qualifications, and applications without such copies will be rejected. Photocopies of the relevant certificates should be submitted along with two recently obtained character certificates and a Grama Niladhari certificate to prove residence, a copy of the birth certificate and a copy of the National Identity Card to prove age.

If a person is already employed in a cooperative society, applications should be submitted through the society, and the maximum age limit for cooperative employees is not applicable.

Applications prepared by the society should be obtained from the head office of the society on working days by paying a fee of Rs. 500/=, and only applications issued by the society are valid.

Qualifications

1. 03 years of permanent service experience in the Deputy General Manager Grade 11 position 05 years of permanent service experience in the Assistant General Manager (Finance) position 05 years of permanent service experience in the Assistant General Manager (Banking) position 06 years of permanent service experience in the Assistant General Manager (Commercial) position 06 years of permanent service experience in the Assistant General Manager (Personnel) position.
2. A degree in Public Administration, Management (Preferably in Business Administration, Economics) from a recognized university. b) A diploma in Accountancy, Business Management from an Institute of Advanced Technology.
