To provide inhouse skilled maintenance in assisting Facilities Engineer (Civil) to maintain civil structures in proper functional condition.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Facilities Engineer (Civil) in executing development and maintenance work by performing various construction tasks including foundation constructions, wall and floor construction, drainage installation, manhole construction and other concreating work.
- Support the Facilities Engineer (Civil) in executing development and maintenance work including undertaking various tilling work.
- Assist with carpentry tasks, including partition construction, door and window repairs, wooden counter maintenance.
- Contribute to on-time execution by keeping to schedules and ad-hoc repair jobs for civil structures.
- Assist Technical Foreman (Civil II) with scheduled and ad-hoc paint maintenance jobs to ensure timely execution of maintenance work.
Requirements
Sat for O/L and relevant course equivalent to NVQ level 3 for which the duration of course to be 6 months in the relevant field with 2 years relevant working experience
The upper age limit should be 35 years as at closing date 04th May 2024.
