Engineering Logistics Supervisor in Sri Lankan Airlines Job Vacancies 2026

Job Accountabilities

• Effectively & efficiently generating all the documents which are mandatory in import and export proceedings according to the guidelines and support to achieve sectional key performances.
• Supervise the disputes arising in the import & export proceedings to support uninterrupted service for the engineering maintenance work.
• Upkeep high security, high traceability and coordination with the relevant stakeholders at an optimal level in all the import / export movements of Aircraft Engineering shipments for smooth operation.
• Supervise all wharf activities of Engineering Logistics Department liaise with applicable Government Institutes for efficient and effective on time deliveries to support aircraft maintenance department.
• Check and verify all import and export consignment invoices related to freight forwarders and expedite the payment process
• Liaise with external service providers, Defense Ministry, Civil Aviation, Customs, and need to get the concurrence of regulatory bodies of Sri Lanka to support engineering logistics exports & import proceedings in a timely manner.
• Carry out timely performance management of staff in assessing their performance and identifying training and development needs leading towards enhanced performance of the individuals result in in increased organizational productivity and ensuring industrial harmony.

Requirements

• 6 passes at GCE O/L with 4 Credits in one sitting with a credit for English and 2 passes at GCE A/Ls with 4 years’ relevant work experience.

• 6 Passes at GCE O/L with 4 Credits in one sitting including a credit for English and full or part professional qualification with 3 year’s relevant work experience.
