Qualifications – External Candidates
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from a University recognized by UGC.
With - 03 Years post Qualification Experience in Tea, Rubber, Coconut and other mixed crop planation in Plantations Industry. Diploma Certificate of Plantations Management, Diploma in Agriculture and sound knowledge on Information Technology will be added Qualifications.
Internal
Minimum of 5 Years satisfactory service in post of Assistant Estate Superintendent of Elkaduwa Plantations Limited in Junior Management Category, Grade I
Salary Scale – Rs. 131,260/- (All Inclusive)
Age – Should be not less than 25 years and not more than 45 years. The upper age limit will not apply to the internal candidates.
