1. Manager (Human Resources) – Pay Scale : TSL – Rs. 28,700/= Grade B Societies
2. Accountant – Pay Scale : TSL – Rs. 28,700/= Grade B Societies
3. Manager (Marketing Development) – Pay Scale : TSL – Rs. 28,700/- Grade B Societies
4. Bank Manager – Pay Scale : SL – Rs. 25,000/- Grade B Societies
5. Management Assistant – Pay Scale : OL – Rs. 21,500 = Grade B Societies:
6. Merchandising Assistant – Pay Scale : MSSL – Rs. 19,000/- B Grade Societies
7. Laborer – Pay Scale : MSSL – Rs. 19,000/- B Grade Societies

Other allowances / privileges and conditions for the above posts

1. Staff incentive allowances and special allowances.
2. Cooperative employees are recruited on the contributory pension scheme.
3. A service agreement with service conditions should be entered into.
   (Computer knowledge is a special qualification.) The age limit is between 18 and 45 years. (Maximum age limit does not apply to employees of the committee)
