VACANCY NOTICE

Storekeeper (On Assignment Basis)

The Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) invites applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Storekeeper on an assignment basis for a period of three (03) months.

Position: Storekeeper
Duration: Three (03) months (Assignment Basis)
Work Location: Construction Equipment Training Centre (CETRAC), Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla
Working hours: 8.30 a.m. to 4.15 p.m. on week days.

Remuneration:

A consolidated monthly allowance of Rs. 50,000/- (all-inclusive) will be paid.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage stores inventory efficiently
Issue and receive materials in accordance with procedures
Maintain proper records and documentation of stock
Conduct periodic stock verification
Ensure proper storage and safeguarding of materials

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Passed G.C.E. (A/L) Examination
Experience in storekeeping or inventory management will be an added advantage
Basic computer literacy
Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Other Requirements:

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Good integrity and reliability
