- Management Assistant
Organization: Condominium Management Authority (CMA)
Filling vacancies for the post of Management Assistant (Non-Technical) in the Co-Dominion Management Authority.
(Number of vacancies is 05)
Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the post of Management Assistant (Non-Technical) in the Co-Dominion Management Authority.
External Candidates
- Must have passed six (06) subjects at the General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) Examination with credit passes in 04 subjects including Sinhala/Tamil and Mathematics.
- Must have passed at least three subjects (excluding the General Common Test) in the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) Examination.
Internal Applicants
- Employees with the qualifications ‘2’, ‘3’ and ‘4’ mentioned below in the Primary Grade – Non-Skilled, Semi-Skilled and Skilled Service Categories may apply for this post.
- Passed in six (06) subjects with credit passes in four (04) subjects including Sinhala/Tamil and Mathematics at the General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) Examination.
- Should hold permanent appointments in the service and should be confirmed in those appointments.
- Should have completed 05 years of continuous satisfactory service as a subordinate of a permanent appointment immediately before the due date.
Notes:- (1)
Any period of training served prior to permanent appointment to any post or as a condition for permanent appointment to any post shall not be counted towards the five-year qualifying period mentioned in paragraph “4” above. Periods of temporary/casual service served prior to permanent appointment to a post shall not be counted towards the five-year qualifying period mentioned in paragraph “4” above.
