Filling of vacancies for the post of Laboure in the Co-Owned Management Authority (on contract basis). (Number of vacancies is 02)
Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the post of Laboure in the Co-Owned Management Authority on contract basis for a period of two (02) years.
Qualifications: –
Laboure
External Candidates:-
Appearing in the General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level Examination.
Salary Scale
The starting salary of Rs. 40,500.00 per month for the service category as specified in Schedule I of the Management Services Circular No. 01/2025 will be paid during the contract period.
All allowances and living expenses as approved by the Government will be paid.
Candidates must be not less than 18 years of age and not more than 45 years of age. The upper age limit does not apply to internal applicants.
Every candidate,
- must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties assigned to the post and to serve in any part of the island.
- excellent character.
General conditions relating to the post
- This post is on contract basis for a period of two (02) years, and after the expiry of one year, the contract agreement will be renewed for a second year. 10% of the employee and 15% of the employer contribute to the Employees Provident Fund and 3% of the employee contribute to the Employees Trust Fund.
- Applicants from State Corporations / Statutory Boards should submit applications through their Heads of Institutions.
- Selection will be made on the basis of merit in the structured interview.
- The names and addresses of two non-relatives who can provide references about the applicant should be submitted with the application.
- Photocopies of educational, other certificates and certificates of experience should be attached to the application.
- Applicants should have fulfilled all the qualifications as on the last date for receipt of applications.
- Recruitment to the service on a contractual basis will not entitle them to permanent service.
