Vacancies
Applications are invited for the following vacant posts at the University of Colombo from employees who are currently in permanent service in the University System, the University Grants Commission, or other Higher Educational Institutions, and who have been confirmed in their substantive posts.
Applications shall be submitted using the prescribed application form (annexed) and must be accompanied by certified copies of all relevant certificates relating to educational, professional, and extracurricular qualifications applicable to the post. together with the certified copies of certificates, shall be forwarded through the
Secretary/Registrar/Administrative Officer/Director of the institution in which the applicant is currently serving. All copies of certificates shall be certified by the relevant Head of the Department.
The duly completed application must be sent by registered post to the Senior Assistant Registrar – Non-Academic Establishments Branch, University of Colombo, No. 94, Kumaratunga Munidasa Mawatha, Colombo 03, on or before 09.02.2026.
Candidates must possess the required qualifications and experience specified for each post as at the closing date of applications. Applications that are incomplete, not forwarded through the proper channel, submitted without certified copies of relevant certificates, or received after the closing date will be rejected. Applications so rejected will not be reconsidered under any circumstances.
