Chief Clerk (Permanent/Contract)
Applications are invited from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the post of Chief Clerk Officer at Kalubowitiyana Tea Factory Ltd., a company with a reputation as an expert in the tea production sector for 30 years.
Qualifications and Experience
External Applicants
- Pass in six (06) subjects with credit passes in 04 subjects including English and Sinhala at the General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) Examination.
- And
Must have completed the Bookkeeping Certificate Course conducted by NIPM. (Certificate Course in Bookkeeping & Plantation Accounting – CCBA-02)
Internal Applicants
- Must have completed not less than five (05) years of satisfactory service in the relevant subject area with an external qualification or a post in the Senior Assistant Clerk category of the Kalu Bovitiyana Tea Factory Company.
- And
Must have 10 years of experience as a clerk in a factory and at least 03 years of that experience in the relevant post or Senior Assistant Clerk or a similar post with satisfactory service.
Age
Must be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years. The maximum age limit does not apply to internal applicants.
