Your Role as a Brand Ambassador

As an Airport Service / Cargo Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations at the airport and cargo terminals. You’ll work in exciting operational areas such as:

Airport Service Delivery
Airport Service Support
Cargo Operations

Who We’re Looking For

We seek vibrant, service-oriented individuals who embody the warmth and professionalism that SriLankan Airlines is known for around the world.

Requirements

You must be:

A Sri Lankan citizen
Aged between 18 and 26 years (as of 15th June 2025)
A holder of 6 passes at the G.C.E. O/L with 4 credits in one sitting, including a credit in English (at any sitting)
Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate and adaptable to digital work environments
Smart in appearance and within the prescribed Body Mass Index (BMI)

Training and Career Path:

Shortlisted applicants will undergo a Foundation Course in Airport Passenger Handling, Ramp Coordination, or Cargo Operations at the SriLankan Aviation College, on a pay-as-you-earn basis.

Employment will be on a fixed-term contract basis.
Any form of influencing will be considered a disqualification.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within a month from the closing date.
